Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional patient care
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual patient needs
- Current NMC registration
- More than 2 years of experience as a Registered General Nurse
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A competitive base salary of up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
