Brock Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced RGN to join our team of healthcare professionals working night shifts in one of our care homes. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities:- To lead and manage a team of care staff to provide exceptional patient care
- To develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account individual patient needs and preferences
- Current NMC registration
- More than 2 years of experience as a Registered General Nurse
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A competitive annual salary of up to £42,000 (dependent on experience) and additional benefits such as pension contributions and flexible working arrangements
