Night Care Assistant Manager

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team at Ryeview Manor in High Wycombe. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, while also leading the night care team.
Job Overview:
- Provide individualized care and support to residents according to their needs and preferences
- Lead the night care team to ensure efficient running of the home
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive living environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular checks on residents to ensure their safety and well-being
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £14.00-£14.50 per hour
- A full-time contract with 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends
