We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team of Community Care Assistants at All Care (GB) Ltd. in High Wycombe and surrounding areas.
About the Role
As a Community Care Assistant, you will be providing personal care and support to vulnerable and elderly clients in their own home environment. This rewarding role will involve building relationships, making a difference, and gaining great job satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including washing, toileting, and dressing
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Observing, monitoring, and record keeping
What We Offer
At All Care (GB) Ltd., we offer our Community Care Assistants a competitive package, including:
- £11.50 per hour weekdays, £12.50 per hour weekends, and £15.00 per hour on bank holidays
- 0.40p per mile between care calls
- Excellent training and ongoing professional development in Health and Social Care from Level 2 to Level 5 management
- 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
- Full-time and part-time hours available

- 07:00am – 14:30pm
