Senior Night Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Night Care Assistant to lead our team on the floor at Ryeview Manor in High Wycombe. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents, as well as providing high-quality care and support.

Job Summary:

  • Lead and manage the night care team to ensure efficient running of the home
  • Support residents with personal care needs while promoting independence
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a calm and secure atmosphere

Requirements:

  • NVQ 2 or higher with experience working towards NVQ Level 3
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £14.00-£14.50 per hour
  • Full-time contract with 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends
