The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £52,000 - £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

 

Job Description

As a Clinical Lead in Dementia Care, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals in providing high-quality care to nursing, residential, and dementia residents. This role requires previous experience working in a nursing home environment, as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and within a leadership post in a care home setting.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead
  • An active registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
  • Significant experience in elderly/dementia nursing
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to the elderly population
