Resident Care Director

We are recruiting a Resident Care Director to lead our clinical operations team at our care home in High Wycombe. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
Your responsibilities will include providing clinical leadership and direction to the nursing and care team, ensuring compliance with current legislation, standards, and guidelines, and supporting training and practice development of nurses and care staff.
You will have the opportunity to develop and review personalised care plans for residents and oversee clinical audits to implement necessary improvements. Our care home offers a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, along with opportunities for professional development and specialised training.
