Resident Care Coordinator

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work flexibly and independently as part of a supportive team.

- Promote the physical, emotional, and well-being of residents through social activities and support
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
