Clinical Nurse Specialist Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership and support to residents with complex needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet individual resident needs
  • Lead a team of care staff in providing high-quality care
  • Manage medication, infection prevention, and control procedures
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve clinical excellence
  • Contribute to the development of new care initiatives and best practices

About You

  • NMC Registered Nurse with experience in clinical leadership and team management
  • Familiarity with clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST
