Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a highly experienced Senior Nurse for Acute Cardiology to join our team at Wycombe Hospital. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of nurses, providing high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of nurses
- Assess care needs and develop programs of care
- Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues
- Registered Nurse (General)
- ENB 998/371 or equivalent
- Excellent leadership and management skills
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and managing teams, teaching and mentoring colleagues, and providing coaching and guidance. A First Line Management Course and evidence of further continued professional development are desirable.
What We Offer:- An estimated salary of £39,027 - £48,514 per annum, depending on experience
