Job Description:

This role will involve working with heart failure patients across the community and in-hospital, providing care and support to help prevent readmissions and improve their quality of life.

Key Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse qualification and experience working in cardiology
  • In-depth knowledge of the clinical governance agenda, including clinical risk and safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £43,141 - £67,256 per annum, plus generous annual leave entitlement and pension scheme.
