Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our team at a leading provider of behavioural care and specialist support services to adults and younger people.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be rewarded with an attractive salary of up to £19.09 per hour, paid for the DBS/PVG check and fully funded NMC Registration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in conjunction with the shift coordinator.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of managing shifts with guidance from senior nurses.
  • Support staff wellbeing and development in collaboration with ward managers.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and document on care plans.
  • Identify individual nursing problems and develop effective care plans.
Requirements and Qualifications

A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse is essential. The ideal candidate will hold an active NMC PIN and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
