About the Role

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse at Smartcall Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working closely with the ward manager to support staff wellbeing and development. Your duties will include carrying out nursing care for patients, developing an understanding of managing a shift, and identifying individual patient needs and planning care.
