Job Description:
">We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our commercial efforts in the FMCG sector. As a Business Development Manager - FMCG, you will be responsible for managing and delivering against sales and margin targets for a defined portfolio of trading partners.
">You will work closely with internal teams to ensure we meet the technical and development requirements for all projects. Your primary focus will be on driving sales and margin growth through effective customer management, pipeline development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
">Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver against sales and margin targets for a defined portfolio of trading partners.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and foster a network across those accounts.
- Collaborate with the Category Team to develop category insights to optimise performance.
- Lead cross-functionally to unlock and convert new business growth and value chain opportunities profitably.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in FMCG sales or a similar sector.
- Strong customer management skills with a proven track record of positive account development.
- A full commercial P&L understanding.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure may vary based on your background and qualifications.
