About Our Company

We deliver planned preventative and reactive maintenance services to commercial property clients across London and the southeast of England. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Slough, reporting directly to the Business Development Director.

Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, securing profitable contracts, building and nurturing client relationships, and supporting competitive tendering processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Generating leads and managing the end-to-end sales process, from bid preparation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Engaging with end-users, facilities managers, customer managing agents, and specifiers to promote our services.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust network within the market to foster new business opportunities.
  • Conducting site surveys to assess M&E services and assets, preparing accurate schedules for pricing with the Estimating Team.
Requirements and Benefits
