FMCG Business Development Executive

As a National Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, developing strategic relationships, and delivering exceptional results.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in National Accounts within FMCG, preferably non-food FMCG. They will be responsible for managing relationships with a top-tier High Street retailer, collaborating with the Senior Commercial team to identify and grow opportunities, and negotiating trading terms and pricing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with a proven track record of growing existing business and winning new business.
Key Performance Indicators:
The successful candidate will be measured on their ability to grow existing business, win new business, and deliver exceptional results. They will also be expected to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and drive business growth through strategic initiatives.
