Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Mattel, a leading global toy company. As a key member of our brand marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand activation plans that drive sales, revenue, and market share.
About the Role- You will be responsible for managing local A&P budgets and monitoring business results to ensure effective implementation of brand strategies.
- With strong competitive spirit and results-oriented approach, you will work closely with Regional Brand Marketing and Communication teams, as well as local Sales and Licensor partners.
- Develop deep expertise of the marketplace, retail dynamics, consumer, and shopper behavior to inform brand activation plans.
- Select product lines by channel/customer and manage product information, validate translations, and localization of creative assets.
- Coordinate communication plans following brand communication strategies, including PR, social media, and content placement.
- Partner with the local Digital team to execute consumer engagement digital activities and drive consistent flawless execution of brand activation plans.
- Monitor business results and measure the effectiveness of plans and initiatives, taking corrective actions if necessary.
- Bachelor/Master/Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Strong and proven experience in Marketing, Customer Marketing roles in Toys, FMCG, or licensed consumer goods, Apparel, or the Health and Beauty industry.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, think strategically, and demonstrate creativity through proposal of new business opportunities.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth and success of Mattel.
