Business Development Manager

As a highly motivated Telemarketing and Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth for Xad Technologies LLC by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong understanding of ICT and IT products and services. If you have a proven track record of success in telemarketing or similar roles, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
- Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities to generate leads.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases with accurate information.
- Generating leads and following up with the business development team.
- Providing exceptional customer service and handling inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies and stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge about telecom/ICT/IT products and services.
