Business Development Lead

**About the Role:**
We are looking for a talented Business Development Lead to join EmPro Consultants Ltd, a dynamic company providing innovative solutions to the commercial property sector. As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for generating revenue and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Key Duties:
- Engage with key stakeholders, including end-users, facilities managers, customer managing agents, and specifiers, to showcase our services and close deals at operational and board levels.
- Build and expand a robust network of contacts within the marketplace, continuously seeking out new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Estimating Team to ensure seamless processing of enquiries, conduct thorough site surveys, and prepare accurate asset schedules for pricing.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within the Hard Services sector.
- Strong technical and commercial acumen, with expertise in estimating and pricing jobs.
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through proactive sales prospecting and effective client development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in IT tools, particularly MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Benefits:
