Regional Business Development Lead

We are recruiting a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead business growth in a specified region. This dynamic role involves driving new business revenues, exceeding annual targets, and expanding the company's presence.
Remuneration:The expected salary for this position is approximately £38,250, with the potential for higher earnings through uncapped commission. Our compensation package is designed to attract top talent and reward exceptional performance.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive new business opportunities and lead negotiations with key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute targeted strategies to engage key contacts and secure new business.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
- Proven track record in Business Development or B2B sales roles.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building relationships.
- 24 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
