Workspaces Sales and Business Development Lead

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team at Inside Avenue Recruitment Ltd as a Workspaces Sales and Business Development Lead. As a self-starter who can roll up their sleeves and deliver on commercial targets, you will play a crucial role in connecting the marketing and sales teams, harnessing both teams' strengths to drive higher conversions.
You will be responsible for identifying new workspace member lead opportunities, collaborating with Marketing to develop new business development opportunities and ecosystem targets, to develop a robust lead pipeline. The successful candidate will have experience within relevant sales / business development fields; ideally, from property / flexible offices / serviced offices / innovation programme sectors.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £43,000 - £51,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a premium company laptop – choice of Mac or Windows, flexible working hours, 33+ days holiday plus bank holidays, and more.
