About the Role

As a Senior Sales and Business Development Executive at MooGoo Skin Care UK, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives across the UK to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will identify new retail groups, make outbound prospecting calls, arrange presentations with potential and existing stockists, and coach and mentor your team to ensure they meet their performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new retail groups and outbound prospecting calls to potential stockists
  • Re-approach cold leads and close warm & hot leads
  • Arrange and carry out presentations either via web or face-to-face with potential and existing stockists
  • Coach, mentor and support a high-performing sales team
  • Forecast targets and establish performance objectives for the sales team and ensure company targets are met or exceeded
  • Analyse and interpret sales reports/results and take corrective action to achieve sales targets
  • Identify areas of opportunity to drive growth
  • Organise promotional activity and budget accordingly
  • Represent MooGoo at relevant speaking engagements, conferences and training events

Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing sales team
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining a positive culture and creating a positive workplace
  • Sound industry knowledge, specifically in skincare, pharmacy or pharmaceuticals
  • Business planning and strategy development
  • Be results-oriented with the ability to analyse performance results and take appropriate action
  • Be an excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Be advanced in Microsoft Excel, Netsuite and relevant software

Benefits:

The salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, plus car and bonus scheme, depending on experience.
