We are currently supporting a prominent law firm in their search for a diligent and organized Administrative Coordinator - Legal Services to provide top-notch administrative assistance to a Partner in their Private Client department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in secretarial or legal secretarial work to excel in a challenging and rewarding role. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various administrative tasks, such as document preparation, data entry, and communication with clients and colleagues.
Key requirements for this position include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using case management systems, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
