Finance Team Coordinator

Polaris Community is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Finance Team Coordinator to join its established finance team at the Head Office in Bromsgrove. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient management of our sales ledger and billing function.
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take their career to the next level and make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
About the Role:
- Manage the sales ledger function effectively, including raising sales invoices and chasing local authority accounts for payment.
- Work closely with the Credit Control Manager to ensure effective credit control processes are in place.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Experience within a similar role and a proven track record of success.
