Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Manage office correspondence and communications
- Maintain accurate records and data entry using computerised systems
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, including managing calendars
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Support staff with administrative tasks as required

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with computerised systems for record keeping
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
