Operations Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Administrator for a fulltime role based in Bromsgrove.
'Responsibilities'''
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the organization
- Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks
- Monitor and track inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Support the team in project coordination and execution
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Maintain confidential information and ensure data security
- To assist with the operations and assisting with customers requirements and processing of orders along with the Warehouse Manager plus other Warehouse Operatives. An accurate and extremely organised person with excellent administration skills is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or operations role preferred
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Customer Service via telephone calls and in person is essential to maintain the service we offer to companies, dental practices, NHS trust, medical and veterinary businesses.
**Salary**: £22,822.00-£23,715.00 per year
