As a Financial Operations Coordinator at Trinity Personnel, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various financial, administrative, and operational tasks to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and drive cost-effectiveness.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 per year, depending on the location and experience of the candidate.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing financial and operational data to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborating with team members to develop and implement best practices for various business functions.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations, including VAT, CIS, Export VAT, Postponement VAT, and DRC, ensuring compliance in all relevant business activities.

Additionally, you will support the administration of HR functions, including managing employee contracts and other related documentation, oversee customer payments, manage and track travel expenses, and negotiate with new suppliers to establish favorable payment terms.
