A pioneering role with a leading specialist boutique consultancy to set up and lead their new Account Management function. The company offers a mix of full-service and self-serve research solutions to international clients.

This pivotal position is crucial for driving the growth, success, and retention of their client base. You will collaborate across departments to ensure clients achieve their goals and get maximum value from services. A key task will be designing and executing strategies to maximize client satisfaction, improve revenue, and foster strong relationships with key accounts.

Developing a comprehensive account management strategy is essential, along with gaining a deep understanding of client needs to identify retention, renewals, and growth opportunities. Building a high-performing team from scratch with a shared ethos of collaboration, accountability, and innovation is also a key responsibility.

To succeed, you will need a strong track record in strategic account management or customer success gained in market research, data services, or business intelligence. Proven experience in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams is required. Using your exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence, you will resolve issues, build trust, and advocate for customer needs. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform strategy and decision-making are also essential.
