About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Client Manager to lead our client-facing teams and drive business development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Develop and implement effective client engagement strategies to build trust and loyalty.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to acquire and retain clients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and exceed client expectations.
  • Communication: Provide clear and concise written and verbal communication to stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and senior management.
