We are seeking a skilled Strategic Client Growth Manager to join our team at Clarion Events. This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to drive business growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. As a Strategic Client Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities for growth and developing strategic plans to achieve them.

You will work closely with our sales team to identify potential clients and develop targeted campaigns to acquire new business. You will also be responsible for managing existing client relationships and ensuring that their needs are met through effective service delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's revenue growth and help shape the future of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to achieve them
  • Work closely with sales team to identify potential clients and develop targeted campaigns
  • Manage existing client relationships and ensure their needs are met through effective service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on client activity and progress towards goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in a client-facing role, with a focus on revenue growth and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
