At Next Ventures, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Growth Manager to drive the development of strong, productive relationships with executive level client contacts. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning with senior management and collaborating with various teams to increase client engagement and win new business within the portfolio.

This role requires a strong combination of account management, negotiation, relationship building skills, and business acumen. Success in this position can be measured by year-over-year increases in metrics related to portfolio revenue, share of wallet per client, contract renewal, client retention rates, and customer satisfaction indexes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide ADP internal partners with valuable insights to enhance ADP's offer and positioning.
  • Owning, overseeing, and supporting effective and mutually beneficial contract renewal processes.
Competencies for Success:
  1. Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and influence senior executive levels within client organizations and third parties.
  2. Very strong relationship building capabilities.
  3. English is the primary working language, with Italian fluency also required.
Qualifications:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent education and experience) is mandatory.
  2. A minimum of 3-5 years of direct large global account management experience is required.
  3. Fluency in both English and Italian is necessary.
