Job Description

As a Strategic Client Growth Manager at Thrive Learning Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expansion. You will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients across diverse industries, understanding their unique needs to drive business success.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, maintain and expand trust-based relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations.
  • Understand client objectives, challenges, and opportunities to effectively position Thrive's solutions.
  • Identify and capitalise on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop account strategies and growth plans that align with client business objectives and company goals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop organic growth strategies.
  • Proactively manage the renewal process for subscription-based clients.
  • Communicate the value proposition of Thrive's solutions to clients and ensure a high renewal rate.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights to clients.
