Strategic Client Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Client Growth Manager to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our Content Marketing Agency, you will play a vital role in driving client success and growth.
Job Description- Client Relationship Management: Proactively own the client relationship, growth, NPS, and longevity.
- Strategic Insights: Investigate and understand the client's goals and KPIs.
- Market Research: Uncover clients' challenges & priorities, research their markets, and provide strategic insights, ideas, and solutions.
- Business Development: Aid new business pitches, win new clients, explore opportunities to expand existing client spend, and lead all new work/quoting discussions with clients.
- Financial Management: Own project financials, manage and forecast budgets.
- Demonstrable experience delivering client projects in a similar environment and level, growing accounts.
- Natural relationship builder with a nurturing approach, able to build trust and respect with clients and your team.
- Adaptable communication style, diplomacy, empathy, self-starter, proactive, driven.
- Adept at making commercial decisions right for the agency and client, high emotional intelligence, active listening skills.
- Potential to grow and build the Client Services team with the Founder and Senior Team.
- Ability to be part of a critical growth stage of the agency.
£70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
