About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Client Growth Specialist to join our Sales team in Central London. As a Strategic Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers to maximise all opportunities and ensure each account reaches its growth potential.

Your primary focus will be on growing and developing existing accounts through up-selling and cross-selling of available products. You will work closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure they meet the customer's needs, acting as an escalation point for the customer.

You will also take ownership of and manage the tender process as well as requests for quotations for current customers. In addition, you will oversee the onboarding of new products for current customers and new customers (where required).

Liaising with all other relevant internal Departments to ensure that all customer deadlines and requirements are met is essential. The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a generous pension scheme, life insurance, and a range of training opportunities.
