We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Growth Specialist to join our team in London, United Kingdom. This is a hybrid role that requires exceptional expertise in client-facing account management, strategic growth planning, and delivery of high-quality services.

About the Role:

This role involves playing a key part in the success of your customers by identifying opportunities for growth, managing client relationships, and delivering first-class service solutions. Your deep understanding of the retail, manufacturing, and automotive industries will enable you to establish trust with clients and deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understanding Hitachi Digital Services' offerings and identifying matching client needs.
  • Overall account management, including work quality and customer satisfaction, collaborating with service delivery leadership to deliver solutions and services, and managing account P&L.
  • Bringing Manufacturing industry expertise to our clients.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in a client-facing Account Manager or Delivery role in IT professional services or management consulting.
  • Demonstrated expertise and a strong network within the Retail, Manufacturing, or Automotive industries in the UK.
  • A strong background in delivery, programme/project, and managed services environments.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
