At Strategy in Action, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Specialist to drive our business forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with target prospects, converting them into clients, and helping us achieve our strategic objectives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a business development or sales role, with a strong proficiency in CRM platforms, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and present ideas effectively, are essential for this position.

You will work closely with our Head of Growth to develop and execute high-impact campaigns, leveraging conventional and unconventional methods for prospecting, including events, networking, and promotions. Your ability to identify client pain points and communicate how our solutions align with their needs will be crucial in driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Research: Identify and track relevant decision-makers and influencers in our target organisations, building comprehensive profiles of buyer intent and behaviour.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Use CRM tools and platforms to create and execute multi-channel campaigns, source opportunities through innovative approaches and in-person interactions.
  • Sales Support and Collaboration: Support the Head of Growth in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches, participating in client pitches and meetings.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms, analyse and report on key metrics.
