At Lexington Catering, we are looking for a skilled Workforce Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Client Support Team, this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient management of our workforce and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritise tasks, and have strong decision-making abilities. They should also have leadership skills and be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key duties include:

  • Managing absence for all staff, conducting Return to Work interviews (RTWs)
  • Updating online booking platforms as required, sending weekly reports to the Talent & Resourcing Manager
  • Sending casual hours, overtime, and absences to HR/Payroll Administrator

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £42,000-£52,000 per year, depending on experience. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and have a strong background in workforce management or recruitment, we would love to hear from you.
