Job Title: Workforce Solutions Advisor

About the Role: 18 Week Support seeks an experienced Workforce Solutions Advisor to lead strategic workforce planning and optimise clinical staff allocation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement workforce plans to meet business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate clinical session schedules, ensuring effective staff allocation and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Leads, Lead Nurses, and other stakeholders to drive safe and effective workforce management.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adapt workforce strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex workforce challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal teams.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and inform strategic workforce decisions.

Salary and Package: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus performance-related bonuses. Our compensation package reflects the importance of this role in driving organisational success.
