About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to support our investment banking client with their recruitment needs, leveraging our expertise in contingent workforce solutions to source high-calibre professionals.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Source and engage top talent from diverse pools, leveraging our extensive network and market intelligence
  • Provide expert advice on workforce strategy and planning, ensuring seamless integration with clients' operations

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or related fields, preferably within investment banking or finance
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions and exceeding client expectations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
