Sentinel Coordinator Key Tasks

  1. Developing rosters and resources for candidates
  2. Ensuring Sentinel competency management and compliance
  3. Communicating with candidates and clients on shift arrangements and other matters
  4. Uploading information to Rail Tracker and managing Rail Audit documents
  5. Handling timesheet processing and D&A bookings

Resourcer Responsibilities

  1. Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively
  2. Seeking out top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
  3. Maintaining positive relationships with candidates and developing professional networks
  4. Creating job listings, responding to applications, and collecting timesheets
  5. Delivering results that meet performance targets
