We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Workforce Coordinator to join 18 Week Support in central London.

About the Role: As a Healthcare Workforce Coordinator, you will be responsible for assessing staffing requirements and ensuring a well-coordinated workforce is in place for each service provided. You will work closely with senior clinical staff to ensure the service is safe, staff are confirmed and inducted to sites, and quality customer service is prioritised and improved.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and arranging clinical sessions across various specialties

• Requesting and managing staff availability via phone conversations to ensure timely allocation of staff for clinic templates

• Working closely with Clinical Leads and Lead Nurses to ensure delivery of safe services related to deployment of clinical staff

• Improving customer service standards and maintaining them at all times

• Regularly coordinating with the Clinical Recruitment and Compliance teams on booking newly appointed clinical staff into shifts for a smooth onboarding process

• Liaising with the Travel team for accommodation and travel requests from the clinical team

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of scheduling/delivery or recruitment experience, preferably within Health, Education, or Public Sector
  • Experience working in a flexible working, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to assess situations and make calculated decisions to achieve longer-term service improvements
  • Experience working towards critical deadlines and under pressure

Salary: £28,500 per annum, depending on experience + bonus
