We are seeking a talented People Services Manager to support our operational teams in east London. The successful candidate will provide strategic workforce support, focusing on workforce development, performance management, and operational improvement. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide strategic workforce advice to senior leaders and operational teams.
- Develop and implement workforce development plans to enhance performance and productivity.
- Support the development of operational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the site wellbeing team to promote staff engagement and wellbeing.
- Analyse workforce data to inform strategic decisions and drive improvement.
