About the Role

The NHS is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Workforce Manager to lead the Workwell Partnership Programme. This exciting opportunity will enable you to work closely with Local Authorities, Primary Care, Integrated Neighbourhood teams, DWP, DHSC, VCSE, and Employer networks to improve health inequalities across Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey, and Islington.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver the Workwell Partnership Programme, working closely with stakeholders to achieve programme objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve health outcomes and reduce inequalities.
  • Manage complex operational and clinical workforce programmes, applying service transformation and redesign methodologies to improve service delivery models.
  • Collaborate with NHS and social care teams to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Requirements
  • Educated to master's degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent level qualification.
  • Member or Fellow of CIPD or other relevant professional body.
  • Professional or Postgraduate qualification in a specialist strategic workforce or clinical area.
