Strategic Workforce Planning Leader

Job Summary
The Enterprise Workforce Development Specialist will develop and implement a comprehensive workforce planning strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth projections. This role will collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data, enabling informed decision-making related to the data-driven placement and acquisition of talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Serves as a workforce planning subject matter expert providing knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to meet the people/talent demands of the organization.
- Drives the implementation and alignment of strategic organizational people plans by understanding requirements, drivers, and future organizational trends/objectives.
- Supports the development of tools and resources to help instill and enhance a strategic people planning mindset across the global organization.
- Establishes and conducts regular reporting in support of a data-driven workforce plan, providing updates to senior leadership on workforce planning activities, achievements, and challenges.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with workforce planning roles, preferably within a complex, multi-regional global organization.
- Prior experience with and a passion for program establishment is a must.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in data science/analytics is strongly preferred.
- Strong program management and planning experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with a passion for working with large complex data sets, with a particular emphasis on predictive modeling and best-in-class associated technology/tools.
