Strategic Workforce Growth Leader

A seasoned management consulting professional is sought to lead Oil & Gas / Utilities initiatives across our consulting group. This key senior position will drive growth and increase revenue, backed by strategic investment from our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Focus on account leadership, business expansion, and solution delivery within the Oil & Gas sector, creating long-term success for clients.
- Strategic Growth: Identify and nurture new engagement opportunities, developing targeted account strategies for new client acquisition and growth of existing client accounts.
- Creative Solutions: Leverage unique perspectives to tackle complex client challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build authentic relationships with clients' executive teams to manage overall partnerships effectively.
- Team Leadership: Lead consultants on projects, serving as a formal career coach and fostering high-performing teams.
- Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a thought leader in the Workforce / Change AND Oil & Gas Sector through professional networking and community engagement.
What You Will Need:
- Proven management consulting experience, particularly within Oil & Gas Sector.
- Proven management consulting experience from the likes of Big 4 or similar notable consulting firms.
- Proven domain capability experience within workforce/people advisory/organisation change/target operating model/change management is a key requirement.
- Demonstrated success in driving client account growth and business expansion.
- Experience in proposal development and effectively selling business solutions.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and collaboration.
