About the Role

The Strategic Workforce Planning Leader will develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise-wide workforce planning strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth projections. This role will collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data, enabling informed decision-making related to the data-driven, forward-thinking placement and acquisition of Talent.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as Workforce Planning subject matter expert providing knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to meet the people/talent demands of the overall organization.
  • Drives first-time implementation and alignment of strategic organizational people plans by understanding requirements, drivers, and future organizational trends/objectives.
  • Supports Operating Units to implement a model for strategic Workforce Planning for front-line labor.
  • Supports Corporate & Functions to implement strategic Workforce Planning for enabling functions.
  • Partners with adjacent team members to ensure alignment with forward-looking plans and ability to deliver.
  • Establishes and conducts regular reporting in support of a data-driven workforce plan.
  • Develops tools and resources to help instill and enhance a strategic people planning mindset across the global organization.
