Strategic People Planning (SPP) is a critical component of our business transformation efforts. As an SPP consultant, you'll work closely with business leaders and global HR partners to design, build, and scale a company-wide SPP practice. This includes generating ideas, optimizing approaches, and developing solutions to help us shape the future of our workforce.
About the TeamThe SPP team is a newly established interdisciplinary team within the Human Resources function. We're a close-knit group that works collaboratively with other teams in HR and outside HR to drive business transformation initiatives.
As a member of the SPP team, you'll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that will help shape the future of our organization. You'll collaborate with business leaders and global HR partners to develop solutions that drive business outcomes and improve our workforce's ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
About YouWe're looking for a high-energy teammate with a strong sense of ownership and dedication. You'll be comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment and collaborating with senior leaders to drive business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Shaping the design, build-up, and scaling of a company-wide SPP practice
- Driving the implementation of specific products, such as a company-wide demand planning process and location analysis process
- Acting as an advisor and subject matter expert for dedicated business transformations
- Building decks and storylines for senior management meetings
We're looking for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Strategic Workforce Planning or a consultancy role. You'll need to have experience in project management, change leadership, and working in agile setups. Exceptional communication skills in English are a must, as you'll be working with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
