Job Title: Diversity & Inclusion Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diversity & Inclusion Specialist to join our team at NewDay Ltd. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce strategy and driving business outcomes through inclusive practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address diversity and inclusion gaps, and develop targeted solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Design and deliver training programs to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular diversity and inclusion metrics analysis to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners, to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in diversity and inclusion, with a strong understanding of business operations and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and workforce planning.
