Strategic Workforce Planning LeaderAs the Strategic Workforce Planning Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Otis College by developing and implementing a comprehensive workforce plan that aligns with our strategic goals. You will be responsible for analyzing workforce data, identifying talent needs, and recommending strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the subject matter expert on workforce planning, providing insights and guidance to leadership across the college.
- Drive the development and implementation of strategic workforce plans that support the college's academic mission and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and administrators, to understand current and future talent needs.
- Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and develop predictive models to inform workforce planning decisions.
- Develop and implement tools and resources to support a data-driven approach to workforce planning.
- Establish regular reporting mechanisms to track progress and measure the effectiveness of workforce planning initiatives.
- Extensive experience in workforce planning, preferably within a higher education or similar complex organization.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic workforce plans that align with organizational goals.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
