About the Role:

IRIS Software Group, a leading global provider of mission-critical software and services, is seeking an innovative Talent & Organization Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a crucial role in aligning our Global Talent Management strategy with IRIS's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Design: Lead the development and implementation of organizational design strategies that align with the company's strategic objectives. Ensure structures, roles, and processes are optimized to support business growth and efficiency.
  • Talent Management Programmes: Design and deliver global talent programmes, including mentoring and social purpose initiatives. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to maximize internal mobility and align strategies with business objectives.
  • Leadership Support: Assist leadership teams in embedding talent management initiatives and support HR colleagues to ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Succession Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive succession planning strategy to ensure continuity in key roles. Identify and prepare high-potential employees to fill critical positions, aligning with long-term business goals and mitigating risks associated with talent gaps.
  • Workforce Planning: Lead the workforce planning process by analyzing current and future workforce needs. Ensure the right number of employees with the right skills are in place to meet organizational objectives. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to anticipate changes in the workforce and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Organization Design & Development.
  • Experience in managing large-scale Talent Development Programmes.
  • Knowledge of talent management and learning methods such as coaching, mentoring, and group facilitation.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Desirable: CIPD Qualification and experience working on a global scale.
